How quickly can I get a hip or knee replacement appointment?

Patients are often keen to know how quickly it can take to get a hip or knee replacement appointment in the private sector. Very often, I am able to see patients within a week or so at either the Nuffield, Leeds or The Yorkshire Clinic in Leeds.
From then, it is a case of reviewing your needs and seeing what the best treatment option is for you. Should it be appropriate and you are wanting to proceed, a hip or knee replacement can often be booked in around your schedule within a period of 3 or 4 weeks. The waiting lists in the NHS are high at the moment and for some patients, they make the choice to go to the private sector to ensure quicker treatment.
